Where is Campillos?
The cortijo is placed 8 kilometers away from
Campillos. Campillos is exactely at the geographical center of
Andalucia (south Spain). It is 80 kilometers from Malaga, 130
from Granada and 150 from Seville. It half-way between Antequera
(30 kms) and Ronda (50 kms).
To arrive in Campillos
From Málaga
If you come from Malaga airport, take the N-340 road towards
Málaga. Before you arrive in Malaga you will find indications to
go towards Antequera or Sevilla. Once you are in the N-331 (the
road between Malaga and Antequera) follow indications to go to
Seville until you find Campillos signposted (about 50 kms away

From Seville
Go towards Málaga by the A-92 until you
find Campillos signposted (about 120 kms away from Seville).

From Madrid and the Mediterranean coast
The easiest way is to go towards Granada.
Once you arrive in Granada go towards Seville by the A-92 until
you find Campillos signposted (about 100 kms away from Granada).

To arrive in Andalucia
By plane
Malaga International Airport has
connections with most european important cities and other
important places (such as New York). Most international and
national rent-a-car companies have an office at Malaga
International Airport (some of them have Internet sites: Autosol, Autos
Benelux, YELLOW
CAR, Autos
Boomerang).
By train
Malaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada have
railway station with direct and daily conections with Madrid and
Barcelona.
To arrive in the Cortijo
Map of Campillos:
As you arrive in Campillos (coming from Antequera) you find on
the right a BP Petrol station and, on the left in front of the
Petrol station, a long street (Calle Real). You must take this
street. When the street finishes you find a small circular park.
You must surround it and take the first road to the left (a
signpost indicates "Ronda"). About 60 meters from there
you will find a roundabout where 4 streets meet. You must go
around it and take the last street (the 3rd). Now you will be at
the road MA-452. At about 8 kms from there you will find a big
concentration of trees in the left of the road and the name of
the Cortijo the Montero in two white posts. That's the main
entrance to the Cortijo.
