Arrival day: must be always Saturday, except in important dates such as
Holy week and Christmas.
Prices include cold and hot water, gas, electricity, bed linen, as well
as firewood (supplied without limit). Heating not included.

Guidelines for rental contract:
1. Each lodging place (shepherd's house, señorío or residence) of the
Cortijo is always rented as a complete house. In case that some of the bedrooms
of the "Señorío" of the old Cortijo remain free, these bedrooms will
be kept closed and the total prize will be lowered (see price tables).
2. The rentals are strictly of the real estate property and they are not
subject to V.A.T. Therefore, services such as food, cleaning, etc. are not
provided. Yet, they can be easily obtained at the town of Campillos or at Water
Reservoir of El Chorro, situated at a distance of less than ten minutes by car
from the Cortijo.
3. e-mail us (or
send a fax INT +34-95-221-4905). If the house is available, once we receive
your e-mail (or fax) it will be reserved on a temporary basis for 3 days. Within
that period of 3 days, a 25% of the price must be payed with a credit card
using our secure online-payment page (or, if you prefere, a bank transfer can
be made to our account).
Once the above said amount is received, the reservations will be
confirmed. Then we will send you the confirmation on the reservation and
further instructions on how to get the keys. If the deposit were not received,
the reservation would be cancelled.
4. The rest of the price, which is not settled at the time the
reservation is made, will be made upon receipt of the keys, or by means of a
bank transfer, prior to the occupancy of the house.
NOTE: we cannot accept credit cards in the Cortijo.
